The solution only centers horizontally. To center horizontally AND vertically, you must place the login control inside a table as follows:

What a great idea. I am actually surprised this is the first of its type. My pet and I went to numerous Puppy kindergartens and as they were all beneficial for socializing, the one run through the Ohio State Vet School was so exiting because of the chance to get more detailed insight into animal behavior. It was also just wonderful to be around people who delighted in all things regarding to the dogs.
